Whoa, BIIGGGG file. XD Sorry, it might take a while to load! Okay, this is my FIRST EVER TUTORIAL. I'm not saying my way is right, nor am I saying everyone else's way is wrong. I just made this because I have been told I can colour hair. Yeah right
